Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for

  • Shipping within Germany flat rate € 7.50 incl. VAT – free shipping from a minimum order value of € 50.00.
  • Shipping within the EU (except Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom) flat rate € 18.00 incl. VAT – free shipping from a minimum order value of € 100.00.
  • Shipping to New Zealand and Australia flat rate 52,99 € incl. VAT.
  • Shipping worldwide flat rate 27 € incl. VAT.

The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page. The flat-rate shipping costs include the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.

Information on returns / reasons for returns

  • Free returns for deliveries within Germany. Please send an e-mail to shop@isny-marketing.de stating the reason for the return. We will then send you a return label by e-mail.
  • The buyer bears the costs for returns for deliveries within the EU and worldwide. Please send an e-mail with the reason for the return to shop@isny-marketing.de.

 

Delivery times

  • Approx. 3-4 working days for orders within Germany.
  • Approx. 14 working days for orders within the EU (except Switzerland and Liechtenstein).
  • Approx. 20 working days for orders worldwide.

 

Self-collection „Click & Collect“

Shop online and collect your order from our Isny store. We put the items together for you and prepare everything so that you can take your order home with you. You pay for your items in our online store and select „Pick up in Isny Shop“ for shipping. As soon as your items are ready for collection, you will receive a message from us. You can then select your desired pick-up time.

The Isny Shop (in the Isny Info) is open during regular opening hours. The current hygiene regulations apply.
